2024 Summer Training Programs & Camps
Glacier Nordic Ski Team (GNST) summer training provides Comp and Prep Pro age-based conditioning. We strongly encourage all Winter Comp GNST athletes to participate in summer training. Our training provides an excellent base for fall sports! Summer workouts for developing Prep athletes who are not quite ready for Prep Pro may be a future program based on interest.
*Middle School Summer Adventure Camps*
Join us for exercise and games fun in the woods, along with a chance to make new friends! All are welcome – no nordic experience is necessary. This is great cross-training for all sports! Activities will include hiking, running, ski walking, agility, obstacle courses, lake activities, and outdoor games. In addition there will be an introduction to roller skiing. Activities may vary slightly at each camp due to the terrain available at each venue.
For athletes entering 6th through 8th grades, ages 10-13.
Camp Dates:
Monday through Thursday, 9am to 2pm
Camp #1 – July 8-11, 2024
Camp #2 – August 12-15, 2024
Our coaches are Safe-Sport and wilderness first aid certified!
Cancelation:
If an athlete or parent cancels participation in a camp, refunds are typically not allowed, but any refund request must be approved by the Program Director and Executive Director. Camp related expenses paid by GNC in advance of a camp that are non-refundable to GNC will not be refunded. If a refund is approved, GNC will retain $50 administrative fee.
