Winter Trails Day 2026
Celebrate Winter Trails during Winter Carnival! This is a chance to try out cross-country skiing on groomed trails!
When:

Glacier Nordic Center at Whitefish Lake Golf Course
Timeframe:
10 am – 3 pm
What:
- Free trail pass for cross-country skiing.
- Free one-hour rental and demo for classic skis; limited skate skis available.
- $20 classic ski lessons. Learn the basics to get you going.
- Free cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee.
Lessons:
- Group Lessons are first-come, first-served!
- All lessons are Classic Only
- 12 pm and 2 pm Lessons are for people with their own ski gear ONLY
- Each group lesson is capped at 20 (2 groups of 10)
- 11 am and 1 pm are for those who want to use Rentals
Rentals:
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the lesson to get outfitted with your skis, boots, and poles.

Glacier Cyclery will be joining us at Whitefish Lake Golf Course with their event tent and gear.
