Fall:

Adult Training Group

This is a volunteer-led, informal, training group with a focus on intensity/interval training and ski specific strength training.  A typical workout is a warm-up, intervals, cool down followed by ski-specific strength and agility training and some stretching.  Bring short classic/armpit length poles, heart rate monitor/watch, bear spray, water and layers. We are currently meeting Tuesdays at 9 am and Thursdays at 8 am at locations around Whitefish for about an hour and a half.  You should have a good level of fitness.  Email cameron@glaciernordicclub.com or text at 253-0361 to get on the list or for more information.  No cost, but we need to have you sign a 17-18 waiver.   If you have never done any ski specific dryland – the clinics below are a great introduction!
